Godiva Crème Does TDR…

Back when nights were long, friends were goofy and I actually had free time, we used to all load up on the FLF bus (guess who was that tour guide? O.o) and head out for destinations unknown to see what goodies we could find on the cheap.  This trip invariably ended up two places, disintegrated into chaotic laughter and The Dressing Room.  Its just the icing on the affordable cake of a night shared with good friends and, sometimes, really dirty jokes. FLF has left us bereft but luckily, we still have TDR and her ever lovely twin TDR Blue.

Afrocentric, Ethnic, Whatevah!

Whatever you call it, it’s hot and on trend. The use of textiles, animal print and craft work from various native parts of the globe is a huge trend in RL and SL fashion so I am paying my tribute to all of it right here in this post. Most fo the pieces in my looks are inspired from African countries but I have also seen some looks on the runway from Australia and South America. I love the colors, the warmth in the neutrals and the sense of primal fierceness I get in these garments. I feel like a lioness. I wanna pounce! Pounce the dreck off the grid. RAHHH!

Loovus Dzevavor and Me

She is my silent partner and the main investor of our brand. She is the muse for the brand as well…My European alter ego! Allow me to introduce Miss Loovus Dzevavor. So what is the story behind LD? Well, she is my half sister, born in Europe to an aristocratic family. She is too short to model but has become a fashion icon and socialite in her country and is here to make a name for herself as a designer. She is a woman of few words, mostly because she doesn’t eat and is too exhausted to talk. The rest of the reason being that she is just a bitch (haha). But I love her none the less. After all. She is the investor for the brand so…I kind of have to let her do as she likes.

As you can see in our pics, we try very hard to appear to enjoy one another. Secretly I want to kill her. She is jealous of my supermodel status and I of her enormous wealth. We fight constantly about how to run the brand but I tell her I am the brains and she is the face and that is the way it will stay. She knows no one and would never be able to do this without me so she mostly lets me handle things 😛 One day I feel like we will have a public Dynasty style brawl and end up tumbling down some stairs pulling at one another’s hair and ripping our couture but hey…that sounds pretty damn entertaining don’t you think?
